The Central Valley Youth Symphony Preparatory Orchestra Conductor

Shane Kalbach graduated from California State University, Sacramento (CSUS), in Viola performance and composition. He became the founding assistant of the CSUS String Project under Master Teacher, Judy Bossuat, where he helped to teach over 100 children how to play string instruments. He now enjoys a freelance performance career as a founding member of the Sacramento Experimental Music Group. Shane is also teaching through the Lincoln Unified School District, working with beginning string students.
